2023 – Establishing the Employer Brand Foundation

In 2023, we officially launched our communication campaign for the first time. It had two main objectives: increasing ADP’s brand awareness in Romania and obtaining the Top Employer Branding certification.

2024 – Strengthening Consistency Through Culture & Engagement

Communication focused on both external visibility and stronger internal engagement, having two main directions:

On the one hand, we continued the external communication campaign:

However also in 2024, we also leaned more toward internal communication, focusing on employee- and culture-driven storytelling. We created a series of employee videos (short employer branding videos)

In 2024, we also began our collaboration with ADP Romania in the events area. We delivered two major internal events designed to strengthen culture and employee engagement.

2025 – Consolidation Through Leadership & Integrated Visibility

In the third year, the employer brand was further consolidated by integrating leadership communication and premium business visibility into the same narrative.

Forbes special project, including:

End-of-year employee event with 500+ participants, alongside additional internal initiatives

Over three years, the integrated approach delivered measurable results, strengthening employer brand consistency, credibility, and organizational visibility.
These outcomes supported both internal culture alignment and long-term recruitment impact.
